The Making of Sate

I will share you the making of Sate, an originated food in Java, Indonesia.  Here is the quick :

  1. Slice meat into small piece.

  2. Skewers that small meat into bone sticks or bamboo palm.

  3. Baked using wood charcoal. Medium rare is okay, but well done is nice.

  4. Done and served with your favorite seasonings.
